توضح شروط وأحكام الاستخدام هذه القواعد والضوابط المنظمة لاستخدام تطبيق مكتبتي بلس، المتوفر على نظامي Android (Google Play) و iOS (Apple App Store)، وكذلك من خلال موقعنا الرسمي (walid-fekry.com/maktbti-plus).

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Maktbti Plus application, available on both Android (Google Play) and iOS (Apple App Store), as well as via our official website (walid-fekry.com/maktbti-plus).

باستخدامك للتطبيق أو أي من خدماته وميزاته، فإنك تقر بأنك قرأت هذه الشروط وفهمتها وتوافق على الالتزام الكامل بها وبكافة السياسات الملحقة بها كسياسة الخصوصية.

By accessing or using the App or any of its features and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms and associated policies, including our Privacy Policy.

إذا كنت لا توافق على أي جزء من هذه الشروط، يُرجى التوقف عن استخدام التطبيق وإلغاء تثبيته من جهازك.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue using the App and uninstall it from your device.

تهدف هذه الشروط إلى تنظيم استخدام التطبيق، وحماية حقوق المستخدمين والمطور، والحفاظ على بيئة إسلامية راقية وآمنة ونافعة للجميع.

These Terms are intended to regulate App usage, safeguard user and developer rights, and maintain an enriching, safe, and respectful Islamic environment for all users.

مكتبتي بلس (Maktbti Plus) هو تطبيق إسلامي شامل ومساعد رقمي للمسلم في حياته اليومية على هواتف أندرويد وآيفون، يقدم باقة متكاملة من الخدمات الدينية والتثقيفية والتفاعلية، تشمل:

Maktbti Plus is an all-in-one Islamic application and daily spiritual companion for Muslims on Android and iOS devices, offering a rich suite of religious, educational, and interactive features including:

• مواقيت الصلاة الدقيقة: حساب دقيق لمواقيت الصلاة وفق الموقع الجغرافي (عبر GPS أو دون اتصال بالإنترنت)، مع دعم التنبيهات بأكثر من 30 صوت أذان وتكبيرات شريفة لعدة مؤذنين.
• بوصلة اتجاه القبلة: بوصلة تفاعلية ثلاثية الأبعاد دقيقة لتحديد اتجاه الكعبة المشرفة في مكة المكرمة من أي مكان حول العالم.
• القرآن الكريم والأحاديث النبوية: تصفح وقراءة المصحف الشريف كاملاً مع التفسير الميسر، وصحيح الأحاديث النبوية، وقصص الأنبياء والصحابة.
• الأذكار والأدعية الشاملة: أذكار الصباح والمساء، أذكار النوم والاستيقاظ، أدعية القرآن والسنة، مع تذكيرات ذكية قابلة للتخصيص.
• السبحة الإلكترونية الذكية: عداد تسبيح إلكتروني متطور يدعم تخصيص الأذكار، واختيار الأصوات والاهتزاز، وتحديد ورد التسبيح والهدف اليومي.

يمكن استخدام الغالبية العظمى من خدمات التطبيق دون إنشاء حساب، بينما تتطلب الميزات التفاعلية والمزامنة السحابية تسجيل الدخول.

Most core features are available without registering an account, whereas cloud sync and interactive community features require signing in.

التطبيق متاح للاستخدام العام، ويمكن للمستخدمين الاستفادة من المحتوى العام دون الحاجة إلى إنشاء حساب.

The App is available for general use, and users may access public content without creating an account.

يتحمل المستخدم مسؤولية الأنشطة التي تتم من خلال حسابه، ويجب عليه التواصل معنا عند الاشتباه في استخدام غير مصرح به لحسابه.

Users are responsible for activities carried out through their accounts and should contact us if they suspect unauthorized access.

Maktbti Plus provides multiple secure and convenient authentication options across supported platforms:

• تسجيل الدخول مع أبل (Sign in with Apple): متاح لمستخدمي أجهزة iOS (آيفون وآيباد)، مع الدعم الكامل لميزة إخفاء البريد الإلكتروني (Hide My Email) لحماية خصوصيتك التامة، وتوليد معرف مشفر للمستخدم.
• تسجيل الدخول بحساب جوجل (Google Sign-In): متاح لمستخدمي أندرويد وiOS لتسجيل الدخول السريع عبر حساب Google الموثق.
• البريد الإلكتروني وكلمة المرور (Email & Password): تسجيل حساب جديد باستخدام عنوان بريدك الإلكتروني الشخصي وكلمة مرور آمنة من خلال خدمة Firebase Authentication.

• Sign in with Apple: Available on iOS devices (iPhone/iPad), with full support for Apple's private relay "Hide My Email" feature to protect your privacy and generate an anonymized User ID.
• Google Sign-In: Available on Android and iOS for fast and secure one-tap authentication via your verified Google account.
• Email & Password: Standard registration using your email address and a secure password powered by Firebase Authentication.

كما يتاح للمستخدم طلب حذف حسابه وبياناته في أي وقت عبر مراسلتنا بالبريد الإلكتروني الرسمي الموضح في قسم حذف الحساب.

Users may also submit an account and data deletion request at any time by contacting our official support email as outlined in the Account Deletion section.

قد يتم اتخاذ إجراءات لحذف الحسابات غير النشطة لفترات طويلة وفقًا لسياسة الخصوصية المعمول بها لضمان كفاءة وأمان الخوادم.

Inactive accounts that remain dormant for extended periods may be purged in accordance with our Privacy Policy to maintain server security and hygiene.

Users agree to use Maktbti Plus and its services for lawful, constructive purposes in compliance with these Terms and ethical standards.

ويُحظر تماماً استخدام التطبيق في:

Users are strictly prohibited from using the App to:

• مخالفة القوانين أو اللوائح المعمول بها محلياً ودولياً.
• الاحتيال أو التضليل أو انتحال شخصية الآخرين أو نشر معلومات كاذبة.
• محاولة اختراق التطبيق أو خوادمه أو قواعد بياناته أو تعطيل خدماته بأي شكل.
• استغلال الأخطاء البرمجية للحصول على ميزات أو نقاط غير مستحقة.
• التلاعب بالمسابقات الإسلامية أو النتائج أو إحصائيات التسبيح ومواقيت الصلاة.
• استخدام برمجيات آلية (Bots) أو أدوات غير مشروعة لجمع البيانات أو التفاعل التلقائي.
• الإضرار بالمستخدمين أو الإساءة إليهم أو إرسال رسائل مزعجة (Spam).
• نشر أو تداول محتوى يخالف الشريعة الإسلامية أو قواعد المجتمع الموضحة أدناه.

• Violate applicable local or international laws or regulations.
• Engage in deception, fraud, impersonation, or spread false information.
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or interfere with servers or databases.
• Exploit technical glitches to gain unauthorized benefits or virtual points.
• Manipulate Islamic quizzes, rankings, Tasbih counters, or prayer statistics.
• Use automated bots, scripts, or scrapers to extract data or generate automated traffic.
• Harm, harass, abuse other users, or send unsolicited spam.
• Distribute any content violating Islamic principles or community guidelines described below.

يوفر تطبيق مكتبتي بلس مساحة تفاعلية إيمانية تشمل ميزات المجتمع وقسم "أدعو معي"، والتي تتيح للمستخدمين مشاركة الأدعية الطيبة، وسؤال إخوانهم الدعاء بظهر الغيب، والتفاعل الإيماني بالضغط على زر "آمين" وإرسال تفاعلات المحبة والمساندة.

Maktbti Plus provides an interactive spiritual platform, featuring community posts and the "Pray with Me" section, where users can share noble supplications, request sincere prayers from fellow Muslims, tap "Ameen", and express supportive reactions.

يتحمل المستخدم كامل المسؤولية القانونية والأخلاقية عن أي محتوى أو دعاء يشاركه، ويقر بأنه المالك أو صاحب الحق في نشره داخل التطبيق.

Users bear full legal and ethical responsibility for any content or supplication they share and confirm that they have the right to publish it within the App.

Providing community interaction does not imply endorsement of user submissions, but we implement strict moderation to maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment.

يحتوي التطبيق على محتوى ومواد وعناصر قد تكون مملوكة للمطور أو مستخدمة بموجب تراخيص أو أذونات مناسبة.

The App contains content, materials, and elements that may be owned by the developer or used under appropriate licenses or permissions.

تشمل هذه المواد، بحسب المتاح داخل التطبيق، التصميمات والعناصر البصرية والبرمجيات والمحتوى والمواد الأخرى التي يتم توفيرها من خلال الخدمة.

Depending on the materials available in the App, these may include designs, visual elements, software, content, and other materials provided through the service.

يُمنح المستخدم حق استخدام التطبيق وميزاته لأغراض شخصية وغير تجارية، وفقًا لهذه الشروط.

Users are granted a limited right to use the App and its features for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

لا تمنح هذه الشروط المستخدم ملكية حقوق التطبيق أو علامته التجارية أو المواد التي لا يملكها.

These Terms do not grant users ownership of the App, its trademarks, or materials that they do not own.

ويظل استخدام أي محتوى تابع لجهة خارجية خاضعًا لحقوق وشروط مالكه أو الجهة المرخصة له.

The use of third-party content remains subject to the rights and terms of its respective owner or licensor.

يحتفظ المستخدم بمسؤوليته عن المحتوى الذي ينشئه أو ينشره داخل التطبيق، بما في ذلك المنشورات والتعليقات والتفاعلات.

Users remain responsible for content they create or publish within the App, including posts, comments, and interactions.

عند نشر محتوى داخل الميزات المجتمعية، يمنح المستخدم التطبيق الإذن اللازم لاستضافة هذا المحتوى وتخزينه وعرضه وتوزيعه داخل خدمات التطبيق، بالقدر المطلوب لتشغيل هذه الميزات وتقديمها للمستخدمين.

By publishing content through community features, users grant the App the permission necessary to host, store, display, and distribute that content within the App's services, to the extent required to operate these features and make them available to users.

لا يعني هذا الإذن انتقال ملكية المحتوى من المستخدم إلى المطور.

This permission does not transfer ownership of the content from the user to the developer.

يحق لإدارة التطبيق إزالة المحتوى المخالف لهذه الشروط أو الذي يشكل خطرًا على المستخدمين أو الخدمة.

The App administration may remove content that violates these Terms or poses a risk to users or the service.

يوفر تطبيق مكتبتي بلس بنكًا غنيًا من المسابقات والاختبارات الدينية التفاعلية يضم أكثر من 500 سؤال وجواب في مختلف العلوم الإسلامية (القرآن، السيرة النبوية، الفقه، قصص الأنبياء، والمعلومات العامة)، بهدف تعزيز المعرفة والتنافس الإيماني الإيجابي، إلى جانب نظام نقاط ومستويات تحفيزي.

Maktbti Plus provides an interactive Islamic quiz engine featuring over 500 questions and answers covering various religious fields (Quran, Seerah, Fiqh, Prophets' stories, and Islamic general knowledge) to foster learning and friendly spiritual competition, paired with motivating points and levels.

يُحظر الغش أو التلاعب ببرمجيات الاختبارات أو استغلال الثغرات للحصول على نقاط غير مستحقة، ويحق للإدارة تعديل أو تصفير النقاط الناتجة عن أي تلاعب.

Cheating or exploiting software glitches to gain artificial quiz scores is strictly prohibited, and the administration reserves the right to recalculate or reset points obtained improperly.

قد يحتوي التطبيق على إعلانات غير مخلة بالآداب الإسلامية (عبر Google AdMob)، أو يوفر خيارات شراء واشتراكات داخل التطبيق لإزالة الإعلانات ودعم استمرار تطوير التطبيق أو فتح ميزات حصرية إضافية.

The App may display family-friendly advertisements complying with Islamic values (via Google AdMob), or offer in-app purchases and subscriptions to remove ads, support development, or unlock premium features.

يجب على المستخدم مراجعة تفاصيل وسعر الاشتراك أو الشراء بعناية قبل إتمام المعاملة. يُرجى ملاحظة أن حذف الحساب لا يعني تلقائياً إلغاء الاشتراكات الدورية المفعلة لدى متجر Apple أو Google، ويجب إلغاؤها يدوياً من إعدادات حسابك في المتجر المعني.

Users must review all purchase and subscription pricing terms before confirming. Note that deleting your in-app account does not automatically cancel recurring subscriptions managed by Apple or Google; you must cancel them directly within your App Store or Play Store account settings.

يقدم التطبيق محتوى دينيًا وثقافيًا وتوعويًا لأغراض المعرفة والاستفادة العامة.

The App provides religious, cultural, and educational content for general informational and educational purposes.

يمكن للمستخدم التواصل معنا للإبلاغ عن أي خطأ أو ملاحظة تتعلق بالمحتوى أو الخدمات.

Users may contact us to report errors or provide feedback regarding content or services.

قد يعتمد التطبيق على خدمات خارجية أو واجهات برمجة تطبيقات أو روابط تابعة لجهات أخرى.

The App may rely on third-party services, APIs, or links operated by other parties.

لا نتحكم بشكل كامل في الخدمات أو المواقع الخارجية، ولا نضمن استمرار توفرها أو دقتها أو خلوها من الأخطاء.

We do not have full control over external services or websites and do not guarantee their continued availability, accuracy, or freedom from errors.

يكون استخدام المستخدم لهذه الخدمات الخارجية وفقًا لشروط الجهات التي تقدمها.

Users' use of such external services is subject to the terms of the providers offering them.

نسعى إلى توفير التطبيق وخدماته بصورة مستقرة، ولكن لا نضمن أن تكون جميع الميزات متاحة دون انقطاع أو أخطاء في جميع الأوقات أو على جميع الأجهزة.
